Is this normal?

Ok my car runs perfect but the only thing that I'm worried about is that when i do a cold start there is white smoke coming out of the exhaust and then when i rev it blue smoke comes out.

After that i take to a spin and when it is all warmed up the smoke disappears. I turn it off and turn it on again and no smoke.

Is this normal

Also i rarely take it its always in the garage
i use it like 1 every two week. and it gots 78K original miles

That seems fairly normal for cars that sit a while. As long as it doesn't constantly smoke you should be o.k..
