I've read almost everything on idle surge. I have a very very small boost leak on the bov adjustment screw, but it holds air very well. 'Base timing' I checked via cam gears, and fuel pressure is 43 lbs. Throttle body was rebuilt be Steve Monroe, a reputable builder...and also a rebuilt ISC was put in by him, and it checks out fine with a multimeter. I've adjusted the TPS (although while logging I noticed it was occasionally at .67 volts and showing a throttle position of 1%, but it shows .63 most of the time) Throttle cables have a hair of slack in them, as to not be tugging on the throttle plate any. Throttle body is grounded. I also unplugged the ISC sensor and backed out the BISS, let it idle smoothly at around 3k rpm and slowly turned in the BISS, and when it reached about 1800 rpms, the idle started almost stalling it, as in the video. I had "enable idle switch" checked, and "simulate idle switch from TPS" checked (also tried with them unchecked and got the same results) Also, I just did a firmware update, and have the latest V3 software. Cruise control is deleted, and the ECU looks very good internally, no leaky caps. I've also replaced the front o2 sensor. Any help is greatly appreciated, I cannot figure out what the problem is. The car seems to run fine while driving around, on the highway, boosting, etc.; although I haven't driven it much, until I figure out the problem.
