some idle surge issues

ok so im tuned on a greddy emanage blue,car tuned fine and everything came out good a couple days ago car feels a bit weird,idle is low at start but after a while catches back up,now when im at idle i preess the gas a bit and idle almost stalls out im thinking its an isc sensor issue. it cant be my tps if not my emanage wouldnt read the tune. oh yeah my cars a 99 GST stock 7 bolt FWD on E85
also is the isc the same as an iac in our cars? also im running an EVO 3 IM and EVO 3 TB
