I was recently having some problems with my car while traveling at higher speeds (express way). The car would sway a little on me and didn't feel right. I took it in over the weekend to get what I thought was an alignment problem fixed, but they told me that my lower ball joints on each side were loose and that I also needed to replace my drivers side inner tie rod. They quoted me $650 for both ball joints and the tie rod, including the labor to do it. I normally get all my work done up north where my parents live because it's typically much cheaper. I called up there and they quoted me $400 for the same thing. That's awesome that it's that much cheaper, but I still think it seems high, but maybe it's a beeeotch to do or something. Let me know if that's what I should be paying to get this work done.
Thanks.
