Is this a good deal? ANyone ever heard of MTS?

Iam looking into buying this car :

What do you think, the seller will take $4500, it rides good, is there anyway to tell if the engine really has the parts he says it does?

Anybody ever heard of MTS (Mitsubishi Turbo Specialists) in San Francisco?

Assuming there is nothing wrong with it i don't think it is a bad deal. If you put the same package together you would probably save money. The other thing you should be worried about is the fact that is was customized to the previous owner's taste. You may want to make sure that the car suits you and your plans for it. You can actually tell a lot about the previous owner by the way he "dressed" the car, if you know what I mean. Take it out, and gently drive the crap out of it and see how it responds.

Not really anyway to tell... like the other guy said just drive it... but you could see if it has a new exhaust... I’m sure the guy race's the car; so keep that into a factor when thinking of buying it. But do try to bring someone along with you that knows their dsm’s.
