Is there a tool that I can tighten front driver side manifold bolt?

As the title states, is there a tool that I can buy to tighten front driver side manifold bolt?(fp manifold)

I was able to use just a 13mm flat wrench, worked fine for me. Took awhile, just be patient. I started with the close end facing towards the radiator and the open end on the nut at an angle and was able to tighten accordingly good luck.

Just for info., a pass through socket tightened with a wrench worked well for me.
