Is my turbo internally wastegated?

whats a flapper? This is what my exhaust side of the turbo looks like....along with DP flange....I got them both from The1bill or motofool....doesnt olook like it adds up does it? They said the turbo would be internally waste gated.
 
from that drawing alone it doesnt look like it, if you can post a pic of the actual turbo so we can make sure but if it was you would have an actuator on it and there would be a flapper arm attached to a rod from the actuator.

Sorry I cant, the digi is broke. hmm.....####. So how would I go about finding a wastegate that matches my turbo + dp flange?
The turbo is a TO4E. t3/t4-a/r of .50...any help would be awesome. thanks.
