Is #1 injector on cylinder 1, ect?

Hey guys, feel dumb for asking this, like the title states. I am getting ready to tune in each of my brand new FIC 1120's with an individual flow match per injector so people can dial in their cars even better. So does injector number 1 mean it is on cylinder 1 and so forth??

Yes cylinder 1 which is the closest one to the cam gears is also where injector one is located. So on and so forth until #4.
