hey, iowa guys, gals and dsm enthusiusts we need to get a dsm meet started here in iowa.. des moines, cedar rapids, iowa city, ames ect ect.... i dont care..i just want us to get together take a cruise get some pictures,share some tips and advice, have a parts sale or what ever. we cant waste these nice days. because this weather doesnt last forever. i am not very good at setting things up. so this little memo is what you would call "a lilttle push for somebody to get one started". thanks for reading this..

that would be nice to get all the Iowa DSMs togther. I would know some people who would love to come. I live in Clear lake this would be a great place to do it take a cruise around the lake. :talon:

Elma, damn I never imaged there would be a DSM in Elma. I am from Decorah and go to school at Iowa State in Ames which leads me to drive through Elma every time I am traveling between home and school.

Dragsource owner threw a big bash this spring. Anyone that wanted to come he grilled for them free of charge. Had to bring your own ladies and beer though.

whats up guys i live in Ankeny and am curretly in search of a TSI a meet would be great! i know a couple of guys from around here that would also be down for this :thumb:
 
I drive my truck and my Laser stays back home in Decorah so I'd just be there for the BS'ing if a meet were to occur.
 
Hey iowa dsmers! I am in the army and headed for korea on the 12th of nov, but my clutch on my 92 eagle talon tsi is dying and i wanna take care of it and put a new cfdf in it before i leave. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to put in a clutch sometime before that saturday or if anyone knew of a place to do the labor... i would appreciate your efforts to tell me of good shops in the ames/desmoines area as well. lots of people have tryed to setup a DSM meet in iowa in the past but nothing has really happened......... we should really try to go through with one though for once.
