Okay so I did I short search and found nothing so don't tell me to search. I want to figure this out ASAP!
I recently put on a Garret G60 turbo from Slowboy. I am not recirc on my BOV and I am on STOCK motor, injectors, ECU, all of it is stock, minus the FMIC, mani, and Turbo.
I am running 14 PSI off the WG. The car seems to run fine and pull hard, most of the time. I am running rich (10.1 @ 14PSI) which I blame on not being recirc with stock ECU and a super small exhaust leak.
Now here is my problem. Under full boost at around 5,500 RPM the car feels like it is fuel cutting! It falls on its face. It isn't everytime though. The other day a took my buddy for a ride and went through 2nd gear all the way up to 7,500 RPM and no cut. WTH?! Tried again an BAM! At 5,500 ish it cut out.
It is intermittent but expected. If I shift at 5k no problems what so ever, other than being rich.
My buddy thinks that the fuel pump may be giving out???
Thoughts and ideas would be GREATLY appreciated! I want to actually drive the car to it's potential.
