bad o2=knock= fuel cut?

OK so i installed the 190 pump last week to see if i could get rid of the damn fuel cut problems i get randomly.It usually happens when i floor it in 2nd from low rpm.I'm only boosting 12 psi or .8 kg/cm2 and i still hit fuel cut sometimes.when i logged i got 40 counts of knock on 2 wot occasions.I also noticed that my o2 is quite lazy.sometimes it reacts fine and sometimes by moments it will stay at .04-.07 volts without oscillating when I'm not in wot.any ideas?

Fuel cut has nothing to do with your o2 sensor. Fuel cut occurs when the ECU detects too much air coming into the intake through the MAS and cannot provide enough fuel (or think it can provide enough fuel)

boost leak.

heres why. your turbo has to work harder to maintain the psi youre telling it to maintain. if alot of air is getting leaked out, the turbo must work harder. working harder means pulling in more air than normal. thus the mas sees this and says "no way am i keeping up with that" and cuts fuel in effort to slow the motor down, or at least tell the driver to take his foot off the gas cause the ecu thinks he is going to run lean and blow it to pieces.

make a boost leak tester and get to work.

a dead or dying o2 will only make tuning harder(since you cant rely on o2 volts now) and kill your gas mileage, since the ecu wont have the o2 to read off of for its fuel maps and just run uber rich all the time.
