Interesting Intake

Take a look at this guy's custom intake.


Looks like a good idea to me. The Tube (I assume) runs where the fog light usually goes. So when the car is in motion it will ram air into the intake.

In theory it should work like that, but i am not sure if all of those bends and rough transitions help. It looks kinda ghetto, but if it works it works.

Well, it's mostly away from the engine heat, but it's closer to the road heat. I agree on the contortions- those aren't shapes you want in an air tract.

Oh, and he'll start getting "ram" effect at about 236mph.
