intake nipple

does anyone know what is supposed to hook up to this nipple or is it supposed to have nothing attached its digging into another hose

That is for the bleed return from the stock boost control solenoid.

if its digging into another hose i would move it somewhere else, if your not using a stock mbc i would close it up, figure out how you want to set up your mbc.
