Can anybody explain the pros/cons of running the intake filer directly on the turbo???? also whats the name of the green filter that everyone is running? looks life a half sphere
 
Pros, 99% of the time your turbo is facing out the car for this setup!

Con, if its still in stock location you not getting cold air through,
You already have SD and ecmlink and all the other costly items already to be able to even consider this filtering system.

The green half sphere sounds like the HKS mushroom filter to me. Bad filters! Stay away

that's an HKS style filter.

okay that's what I thought. I'm installing a ETS intercooler and its getting in the way of the FP intake.
 
They some times do, you need to move the intake pipe up a bit.
