Instrument cluster bulb wont come out!

Hey guys, quick question. I'm trying to replace an instrument cluster bulb that went out, but the thing wont come out. is there a trick to doing it or something? I feel like such a spaz at the moment

i dont know if those bulbs are like this or not, but i know some bulbs you have to push in and turn left or right then they come out.

Trick was a pair of pliers for me . Worked fine and I didn't break not one bulb.

They are twist-lock bases, but still wedge bulbs....they're just hell to get out, but I found a way, thank you though!

I actually used some wire strippers I had in my computer tool kit, they worked like a charm. Wonder if I should post a pic, should anybody else run into the same issue.

Haha my pliers were in my computer kit at the time. So it worked out .
