Installing rear bumper

I just bought a 2gb online a few days ago, and coincidentally yesterday my pos blitz back bumper ripped off in the wind. Now, the guy tried to mold the kit but obviously he didn't do too good of a job if wind can take it down, so I am going to sand all the bondo off and but the 2gb on so I have a few questions:

1. How many bolts are supposed to be holding it on?

2. what size bolts will I need?

3. how do I get the center tail light piece off?

4. is there supposed to be some sort of inner fender pieces like there are on the front?

You need to take off all the back panels and then take off the tail lights and center piece you should see
all the bolts holding it on I think it has around 15 bolts holiding it on.

OK sweet thanks. Can anyone tell me what the license plate light piece looks like? I have a piece but I'm pretty sure it's for reverse lights, not the license plate ones.
