installing a boost gauge

i was wondering where is a good place to hook my line for my boost gauge

I just installed my liquid filled autometer vac/boost gauge today and I tapped into the FPR line as well, works great.

where is that located? and what did you use to tap it in with?

I have a 2g so im not sure if its different but mine is tapped at the P port on my throttle body.

Its the rubber hose that goes to the intake to the fpr on the drivers side, look by your
fuel rail, and youll see it, just get a t- fitting and hook it up.

I used the FPR on the Firewall on the drivers side. There are little black hoses and I used the hose that is solid black. It allready had a piece in it that I simply removed and put the T pipe clamped that ran the boost line thru the firewall then up to the gauge.

Pretty easy -19-20 on idle -25psi on decel and reads perfect up thru the rev range.
