Installed Blitz SBC ID 3 Electronic Boost Controller

I installed this boost controller about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I'm limited to 14psi right now because of my fuel system but that's another matter. The install took about 30 minutes and was really straightforward. This E.B.C. consists of 3 pieces, the solenoid unit, the control unit, and the display/controller. I mounted the solenoid unit under my k&n filter (sleeper style). Ran the 2 silicone vacuum lines to the wga and to vacuum source going to the manifold. I then ran the wires through a convenient firewall grommet behind the battery and about 6" or 7" down. Then I mounted the control unit under the dash on the passenger side out of sight and out of harms way. The solenoid unit plugs into this. Then I ran the display unit under the dash and brought to the driver's side. I mounted it over the cigarette lighter socket (I don't smoke so I don't need it) with velcro so I could hide it at the drop of a dime. I plugged this in to the control unit. There is a vacuum line coming off of the control unit for the boost gauge function of the controller. I simply unplugged my old boost gauge line and used that vacuum source. That source is near the fuel pressure solenoid on the driver side of the engine compartment. The control unit has red and black leads for power and ground. I used a test light to find a key-on power source for the power(red) and grounded(black) the control unit. Then I went through and zip tied the vacuum lines. With that completed, I was ready to rock.
I started the car and and the controller came to life. The menu is very easy to navigate and is packed with features. The controller has 4 separate channels that you can preset for on-the-fly boost changes. The boost adjustment works on a 0-100 basis(0 being stock boost and 100 being max). All the testing I'm doing is while the car is on VP100 octane gas just to be safe. I set it to 10 and got 11.6psi . Then I set to 25 and got 12.7psi . Then I set it to 36 and hit 14.6psi. It hits the target boost on spoolup and holds to redline (I shift at 6600rpm).I set it to 34 and it maxes 14.2psi which I'm okay with. I haven't set the scramble boost yet because I don't want to risk going lean. I did set the warning to 14.5psi just in case of boost creep but I haven't seen any since installing the unit. The largest seat of the pants difference this controller made was when i adjusted the gain(boost response). This has my evo3big16g spooling so quick it throws you into the seat. That's what I payed $400 bucks for. This controller is on the pricier side but it's definitely worth it. Hope this can help someone when deciding on a boost controller. Feel free to ask any questions about it and I'll do my best to answer them. I'll be adding pictures later today or tomorrow when the lighting is right. Thanks everyone.
