Hey guy's I have been looking around for a 2g Talon and I found one and ot it. It's a 95 tsi with 97K one it and here is my question.... It has the stock clutch on it and it's going out I no that I will be going for 500+ hp in the next year or two so shout I put in the 2600 and the lightend flywheel now or wait? Will it be a waste? what's it goning to be like on an almost stock engine I have a spoon sport intake and a greddy cat back so far.

this topic has been beaten to death - the act2600 will be just great for you. the xact or fidanza is a preference. though if you're rollin' around with 500whp, then the fidanza replaceable surface might interest you. Installing a better clutch right now won't hurt anything. It will increase chances of crankwalk though... ( be sure to disable the 'need clutch to start' switch )

About increasing crankwalk? The 2600 has a stiffer pressure plate, thus putting more pressure on the thrust bearing. Normally, this attributes to pre-mature wear. Not in all cases, but in a lot.
