Can anyone confirm if the injector resistor pack, and ignitor need to be physically grounded?

I think hes saying the icm that controls the coil packs. It should be on that plate, it acts as a heatsink for the module. Yes you could move it and no I do not think that needs to be grounded.
the resistor pack I'm not sure, I'd think it has its own ground, you could test with a mutli meter just put one on ground and probe the connector to the resistor pack.
