Injector resistor pack + Ignitor

Can anyone confirm if the injector resistor pack, and ignitor need to be physically grounded?

do you mean coil pack? and my resister pack is on the fire wall , it should be in a good place where it wont move or short

I think hes saying the icm that controls the coil packs. It should be on that plate, it acts as a heatsink for the module. Yes you could move it and no I do not think that needs to be grounded.

the resistor pack I'm not sure, I'd think it has its own ground, you could test with a mutli meter just put one on ground and probe the connector to the resistor pack.

Bingo. On other engines such as the Nissan lineup (RB, SR VG) you dont need to ground the ignitor, nor the injector resistor pack. However Toyotas go nuts if you dont have the ignitor grounded.

I just wasnt sure if anyone has confirmed this. Im moving both back into the passenger compartment, and didnt want to run into any issues.
