This is my 1st set of new injectors and I need to know does the blue plastic things inside the injectors need to be removed? Also on my old injectors, if you look at the bottom they had like 5 small holes and these dont. Does something need to be removed there?

Do not remove that. And all the holes are just a different spray pattern for finer spray + more fuel flow.

The only thing you need to move is any rubber o-rings and seal's

Ok thanks.

About the spray pattern, since these just have one round hole does this mean my smaller 750 had a better spray pattern? The new ones are 1050 fic and the old where 780pte.

Do not remove the basket in the top of the injector. Its the last line of defense before dirt and debris get inside and clog your injectors. As for the spray side those holes are for different spray patterns that injector companies employ to disperse fuel better as its shot into the intake. There are quite a few styles of spray patterns.

I wont remove them. Is there any advantage or disadvantage from the spray pattern since there aren't any individual spray holes

Of course, a better spray pattern leads to a better air fuel mixture. Sure the holes looked closed but once voltage hits them, they will pulse like normal and allow fuel to flow.

Oh ok, so once voltage hits them, there will be a flow pattern shown correct? This is how they look now.
