GVR-4 Injector plug wires, power to both sides?

I replaced my injector plugs and wired and heat shrinked it in, the shop my cars at told me tht i am gettig power to both sides of the injector plug wires when it should only be one side getting powered, true or false?

Technically you only get voltage to one side, but he ecu ground trigger side sometimes get a negligible amount of voltage as indicated by the multimeters for some reason.

Like 2volts on one side, and .1volts on the other occurs occasionally due to interference.
