I have the same problem with my evo 560s i bought, should these be replaced or is it safe to run em like that if seals and o rings replaced?

Its not extremely loose, I dont think that it would break off any more. Does that part of the injector have alot of force against it?

And Im going to be getting a fuel pressure regulator soon, can I set my base fuel pressure to what ever I? I actually have to have it lowered, these 650s are killer.

255 no reg...eek

Anyone? I need to know soon.

There isn't a lot of force holding the injectors against the insulator seal. The fuel rail seats against the injector sheet and pushes the injector against the injector insulator. The injector pintel cap centers the injector in the insulator and aids in sealing the two but the base of the injector body against the insulator does most of the sealing. But that only works when the insulators aren't hard as rock.

So your worries are, will the rest of the pintle cap fall into the cylinder over time and will the injector seal or become a vacuum/boost leak.

IMHO I would get another Evo injector or contact FIC and see if they can help out.

Yea, If the rest of the cap would break off. But I talked to my brother he doesn't seem to thing it will do anything.
FIC wont do anything, as these arent their injectors.

I have them installed now, and they seem fine.

I might go make a set of catch cans for my car now. What do you recommend. 2 seperate ones or have both sides of the PCV system go into 1.

Read Above post, ^^^

You can get what you need if it starts to leak!

I have had a few friends who are on evolution.net

and they told me a few guys have used that for their 560's as replacements..

hmm.. I ordered a set, for my 560's , so I will let you guys know whether they are correct or not.

sorry if they aren't then...
