I plan on getting my car tuned soon with my 14b. I will be running 650cc with safc. I'm gunna run the eeprom chip to compensate the 650s and the 2g maf. And I want to fine tune it with the afc. Is it a good idea to use the compensation as a baseline tune?

Yes, with the EPROM compensation you should be able to zero-out your S-AFC and then start tuning from there using a datalogger to monitor knock/timing.

Make sure when you order your chip you specify the base fuel pressure you will be running, as if not stock, will affect the compensation amount :dsm:

The reason I asked is because a lot of people say it 's not good to go as high as 660 with the afc and if that would help. Also what would be a good fuel pressure? I'm asuming stock wont cut it .

Since you're running the 255 I'd pick up an aftermarket FPR as the OEM FPR tends to be overrun with that sized pump (i.e. boosts base fuel pressure and does not raise at 1:1). I set mine for 42psi though the base FP for a 1G is 37.5 (gives me a little extra room).

Tuning 660s with just an AFC would mean adding huge amounts of (-) correction which would cause unfavorable timing maps to be used causing you to further tune to keep onset of knock in check.

Since the EPROM mod makes to correction at the ECU level (not by manipulating the MAS signal), timing is correctly selected making it MUCH easier to tune :dsm:

How much boost do you plan on running with the 14B? What octane gas do you intend to use? I wouldn't push the 14B past 18psi. I had a little trouble getting 660s dialed in for an EVO III 16G in my 2G. You don't need such a large injector IMO unless you are running over 20psi on a bigger turbo. I wouldn't suggest 880s without having a 50 trim or larger turbo.
