injector box needed when running FIC 1050cc injectors?

I've heard that running 1050cc or higher injectors requires an injector (resistor) box, is that true?

I plan on getting some FIC 1050cc or I might just stick to 950cc

no you shouldn't need one. The bluemax series had some issues and the easytune box helped them out.

You should have the factory one on the firewall and you should be good.

You shouldn't need the box unless you are planning to run 1450-1550 and up, unless you get the Hi-Z injectors . You should be fine with your 1050s .

It depends but I can tell you that I have been running FIC Blue Max 1550cc since 2009 on an almost daily driver without any issues (no aftermarket driver box).

Some people can't get their cars to run right without spending money on one.

Buy them, try them, and see how the car runs.

It has nothing to do with size. You need the factory resistor pack for low impedence injectors, you don't need it for high impedence injectors. Simple enough.
