I'm trying to post an ad, and it's not working

I'm trying to use the classifieds section, but it stops on step 2 out of 3 and it doesn't list any options for the drop down. I'm just here to sell my sister's car, I myself don't have a DSM. Can I gain access just to sell a car? I won't cause any trouble.

How many posts do I need or how many days do I need to be here?

I know it's not proof, but I use the same screen name on others boards, and I don't cause trouble. Search s2ki.com for clawhammer, I'm a good contributing member there.
