I feel like I'm chasing a demon here. The large white wire that leads into the ignition switch is super hot ( only 3" from connector, the rest of the wire is cold to the touch) and smoking. I've searched for a short, with no luck. I replaced the entire wiring harness, nothing changed. Replaced the ignition switch, nothing changed. Everthing else works fine, no blown fuses, relays, I have also isolated this circuit and it is causeing huge battery drain. 13.8v to 7.71v in 15 minutes. What could be causing this.

Please DON'T reply if your going to tell me to search for a short, as I have already done this and even COMPLETELY REPLACED the ENTIRE wiring harness with new OEM.

You need to stop throwing money at it as so many people do (by replacing things hoping the problem goes away) and start diagnosing the real problem with a systematic approach and a wiring manual (dsm manuals listed here: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/129479-help-could-oxygen-sensor.html#post151396369).

Do you get the high current draw when the switch is off? Or on, and if so, which positions?

If off, is it still there when you unplug the switch? If yes try removing the "sunroof" fuse. If no, remove all inside fuses and replug the switch. If draw goes away, replace fuses 1 at a time until it returns to identify circuit.

Note: You can put a small 12v bulb "in series" with the positive battery terminal as an easy indicator of current draw for shorts (http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/art...-partial-short-battery-drain.html#post1496998) but remember to unplug the door opening switches (foot lights are current draw).

Get back to me via pm with results and anything else you've tryed and I'll tell you what to do next.
