IF you have seen the inside of an SSQV or have access to one please look.

I was wondering if anyone that has taken apart their SSQV or even anyone who might have pictures of the internals of one can tell me If the "NUT" I have out lined in red is elevated over the washer ( green rim outlined ) or if its tightend down to it.

I was sold a bad SSQV and theres nothing I can do about it accept try to fix it. I have come all the way from the worst compressor surge and an SSQ with no seals to a almost 100% working one. I just need to figure this last dimension out ( previouse owner must have taken it apart and done something wrong in there.)

Sp PIC:1 is the screw ( outlined in red ) that I need to know if it sits ON or ABOVE ( like it is now ) to the washer ( outlined in green ). Thanks
