Idle surge once warm, FTO2 log

1g gsx, during idle when its cold it idles about 1,500 steady. Once it warms up I get an idle sure, and my FTO2 moves with the surge, bounces anywhere between 96-140. Could this be an exhaust leak? Any help thanks.

Well the EGR delete and the FIAV bypass did the trick. My idle is now perfect, never thought it would be
