idle,stalling??????

stalling and not starting????i have alot of work done to my car but since i had the head [272]rebuilt,new clutch and maf done i have this stalling problem.the car rpm's drop right off at lights and also between gears while shifting resulting in car stalling.the car will not restart without having my foot on the gas and keeping it there.i took it in and got the 2.3 stroker put in and also a gt35r turbo and got things looked over while it was there.worked good for one day[while it was there and it is now doing it again.i'm getting the iac replaced now.the shop said my o2 is sticking lean but they don't know if is being"tricked"by my fuel cotrollers or if there is something wrong with it[could this be].any help or ideas would be app. thanks hugh

How's your voltage at idle? It should be around 14.1.

What are you using to tune? Do you have a wideband? What maf is it? Was it wired in correctly if it's a 2g? Is it a MafT? 272's don't idle all that well on some setups. The o2 is not affected by the ecu or any tuning device, it's the other way around.
