I started my car today after it had been sitting in the sun and it didn't want to run.
It will start up then die. To get it running i have to give it some gas and it like boggs.
Could this be vapor lock?

Your ECT could be the cluprit. I'll try to keep it simple. Your ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor) is what controls the "open" and "closed" loop mode for your emissions controls. It basically tells your PCM what temp range your engine is at, ambient temperature has an affect on this, that's why its so important it is in good working order, otherwise you will have hard hot/cold starts, excessive fuel consumption, etc...

Resistance could also be a problem. Resistance is affected by heat. On negative/positive coeffecient sensors, resistance changes the readings/output voltage signals, causing them to be "out of specs". I would make sure to take it to someone that knows what to look for in the Driveability/Engine Performance category. That'll solve all your problems.

I personally would look at all the basics, i.e. TPS, MAP, CPS, CAS, FI signal, etc, just to cover the bases and check my tracks.

Your mods list a "fiav/isc block off plate". I don't know how (or why) you would ever bypass the ICS (not isc), but anytime you bypass the fiav you are taking a chance on all kinds of start/idle issues, especially in cold weather.

In addition to what Dragon mentioned, your FPS (if you still have one) could also be acting up. Like he said...check all the basics.
