hey ive searched on here for similar problems and found similarities to my problem but no difinitive answer.when i start my car it seems to idle fine but after hitting the gas or driving it it idles very low and sounds like it wants to stall.it also sounds like engine knock and the engine shakes as well.once its revved up though its fine.when i drive it it acts up and bucks when i try to rev it out also.but its when its at a stop it acts up the most with the reving.i had a purge valve solenoid valve code on been its been on for months with no problems so i know its not that.but then it also threw a map sensor high input code and airfuel rich code.but it wont come back so im not sure if that was def the problem or not.any ideas.does it sound like a map sensor.thanks

That sounds like a MAP sensor to me when it kinda freerevs at idle and bogs back down.

yeah just tried a new map sensor and still the same problems.but the only light on now is the map/baro circuit high input.code p0108.i dont know what else it could be

If you've replaced the map sensor, have you done the simple checking like vacuum lines?

Is your motor rebuilt? What condition is it in? How much boost are you running, feul setup, etc...?? You need to detail your vehicle profile so I can get a better understanding of whats going on...

If its a OEM motor still, how many miles are on it? Give me some mods and specs to help you figure this out..

Is this guy posting under two similar screen names, both of which are showing banned? LOL
