Idle control screw?!?!?!?!?! newbie here

Ok, this is a very stupid question but my car is idling at 600 rpm's because yes i am venting to atmosphere but where exactly is the screw if anybody could help me thanks

First of all dont vent it makes your car run like shit. Second of all look at vfaq...

Dont vent. It will make your car run like shit, just like it is now, and you will be doing a bunch of little shit to try and make it work, just like you are now. All of this for NO performance gain at all. If your car is setup properly then it will run properly.
