Idle At 2500 Rpms????

When I turn on my car it idles very high (2500 rpms) what could be causing this. I have a 98 gst spyder with no major mods just bolt on parts. Can anybody help me

Boost leak,or your throttle cable is being pulled for some reason, also check your biss screw might be set to high. Does it only it when its cold or at running temp?

It did it all the time. When its cold, warm, hot. But kinda fixed it. I played with the vacuum line to the blow off valve. And it got fixed. Don't really know what I did. But now I'm have a even bigger problem. I think that my waste gate is not working properly. Its boosting way more then stock psi with no boost controller or anything.

Yea I would look into your wastegate becuase nothing else would come to mind that will cause an over boost also check the vacume hose that gonnects to the turbo outlet pipe it might be brocken somewhere and its letting you run more boost because I know if you take that of its open boost
