2G Idk what’s happening, swapped 1G trans internals into 2G case

My old 2G tranny couldn’t shift into 2nd 4th and R, the only transmission I can find was a 1g tranny from another GST but the motor mounts where different so I had the guts swapped from 1g tranny inside my 2g tranny and got 1g CV axles, I put everything back together and put transmission fluid in, noted I also changed my clutch to a stage 1 Exedy clutch

You're going to need to give us more info. You did this? Or a shop did it? 1g axles? Not possible as they're different length. What exactly did you do.
