I did a search on this and didn't quite get all my questions answered. I figured since its alot cheaper to make your own intercooler pipes and then just buy the core for an intercooler setup. I found this write up on it write up but he uses all 2 1/4" piping. Also the pics don't work. But anyways I found sites that carry 3" would that be better for intercooler pipes or do you not want it that big? Also what should you use as pipe material I know that you want mandrel bent, but what is your best bet steel? Stainless steel? Aluminum? I was also wondering what the size of the thorttle body is. If you got 3" piping and then wanted to connect it to the TB would it be too large to connect it to that? Thanks.
), Go rent a mig welder for like $35 and put beads on the end with that. Everyone can use a little welding experience
