IAT Sensor

Hey guys can anyone tell me where my Intake Air Temperature sensor is??

Back of the intake manifold.

It's to the right of the 3 way vac fitting. Has a connector and wires coming off it. You can get it out with a wrench quite easily.

If you change your Tuners settings in the tech article forums to show all threads posted since the start you will find that there's numerous long-winded articles I have written. Hopefully I will be able to write more that are equally as valuable.

Wow, that's awesome stuff Doug on the 2g. Any chance that their is a 1g showing this info? I also am looking to locate my IAT and the wires for it so I can tap on a fuel chip mod. Thanks, Chris

The IAT sensor is integrated with the Mass Airflow Sensor for the 4g63 T and NT. I don't have wiring diagrams at the moment.

Here's a link for the turbo engine bay. I saw this guy's set-up and tried to do something similar for the non-turbo 2g guys.

Thanks alot man that engine diagram really helped..in more ways than i needed...i bought a 10 dollar little chip but i haven't really felt a diff...guess ya get what u pay for eh?
