Ok, I've heard of peole moving there IAT sensor from there throttle body, to there Cold Air Intake hose. By doing this (on certain cars it works) they created a richer Air:Fuel Ratio, and gave a slighty HP increase. Now i wanted to know if this will work on a 2g N/T Eclipse? or will this cause too rich of a mixture, and decrease the possible horsepower within a stock car?

making the car any richer will make you loose power. the cars run rich from the factory, and the fuel tuning we normally do is using a S-AFC to lean out the mixture a bit to give more power.
