Cornwall,
Ok I think my IAC is done...tested the coils and I find continuity between pine 1-2 and 2-3 and resistance of 26.5 ohms or so.

Pins 4-5 and 5-6 show no continuity and resistance of 39.9 ohms.

Turn the key on and off and the push rod doesn't move...guess its dead?

Just want to make sure before I spend the money on a new one.

The best way to check for ISC movement is not just turning the key on and off (I'm not sure where the stock ECU parks it, it may not move much. It should move some however), but resetting the ECU. On initial power up the stock ECU will force the piston out further than it can really go, to force it to home. There is no closed loop feedback on ISC motor position, so this is the only way it can have a chanve at knowing where it is. ;) It will move significantly. If you don't get any movement in this situation, there is definitely something wrong.
