ok so i did my motor swap and im just waiting on the trans to get back from dogbox heres my question the car i put my engine into didnt have a coolent temp senor on the rad and there is no place for it..
from what i understand the car wont start without it is this true or can the car be wired to run without it?
i may just swap my old rad with the new one since the old one has the temp sensor..
any "help" would be great.

I don't have a 1G car, but I believe there is a coolant temp sensor in the radiator to control fan activation. The one located in the thermostat housing is the one the ECU reads and is the one that, if missing, can prevent the car from starting.
