I need some Logger Help!!!!

I have a OBD II logger which worked fine for awhile. Then I let the batteries die so the memory cleared. I thought I reset it right. I reinstalled everything that came on the CD but now when I plug it in the car it only says initializing and will never start.

Did you register your palm back in. If not you need to put your registration code in. Mine dose the same thing it will say unregisterd when you turn it on.

No its turns on okay, its just the logger
