I need help from someone that knows alot about wires and such in 2g's.

I have a problem in my 2g and I cant figure it out. In the wire cluster under the alternator I see one snipped wire, a wire that is loose and has no connection, and also a blue plug (looks like it was connected to AC fan). I do not know what to do. I have some pictures. If anyone has aim my sn is missionx69x or PM me or reply to this post. Thankssss

in the darker picture at the bottom you can see the wire thats about 4 inches long and is snipped off. the plug is the fan plug from my AC (I dont know if having it zip tied up could cause a charging or electrical problem.) then the pics where Im holding a wire is a wire from the cluster but I do not know where it is supposed to go. is there anyway any of this could cause me to have a charging problem with my volts dipping? im currently loosing some power and the car is not staying at full charge 13.8 volts. I just bought a brand new high output alternator and I have a yellow top optima battery.

Oil pressure is what i was thinking too.
And no, the way the plug is for the fan will not drain power.
