Here you have another cheap option: only 100 euros, not so high than RDM lip and is made in plastic. The problem: it is sold only in Spain and the shipping costs to U.S.A. would be elevated.

i was looking for lips too. i found this on ebay when i typed in "eclipse lip". I dont know if this is an add on, or if this is the complete bumper modified to look like it has a lip. Anyone else seen this?

i wish more people made lip kits for eclipses. They could probably do well with us guys.

That one is a lip and I belive it looks very awesome. It is also pretty cheap from Ebay. I think there was a guy who had one either on here or 2gnt.com I can't remember.

i like the one from spain much more, its soooo much cleaner, european stuff is always nicer

plus its made from plastic, this thing is fiberglass i think, OUCH, it hangs low, which means its gonna get tore up within a week

Plus, whats that huge flair towards the ends of it, eeewww...it goes like 1/2 way up the bumper

All that you want to know about euro-lip!
Good and bad news after my complete investigation about the euro-lip:

It is made in ABS plastic.

It is manufactured by “SEAT” (Spanish brand of cars)

Is not designed for ECLIPSE, is the original part for the “SEAT” LEON CUPRA - R front bumper (see the photo at the bottom of the thread).

A tuning shop, make a custom work in it with diverse cuts and drills and fits perfect for the 97-99 eclipse and sell it for 100 euros, but this shop that modifies the lip, do not sell outside of Spain.

The shipping through FEDEX, DHL,UPS or POSTAL EXPRESS (USPS in Spain) are extremely expensive, due the dimensions of the box that the lip require for the international air quick service.
The weight it is only 1 kilo, but the size: 150 mm x 60 mm x 8 mm, do that the companies convert it in 12 kilos of volumetric weight!!! Sorry…

UPS worldwide express (3 days)---205,00 EUROS
DHL (3 days) --- 200,00 EUROS
FEDEX international first (1 day) 240,00 EUROS
FEDEX international priority (3 days) 200,00 EUROS
POSTAL EXPRESS (1 week) ---200,00 EUROS

1 euro = 1,33 U.S. dollar.

The final price for the modified euro-lip sent to any point of the United States or Canada in approximately 3 days will be 300,00 euros (399,00 U.S. dollars).

I see much people interested in it but the impossibility to find any shop that wants to sell this product worldwide makes a very expensive option to buy from Spain.

Another possibility for you is to buy the lip directly to “SEAT” in any country of South America or maybe in Mexico and to do yourself the modifications required. I believe that “SEAT” sells the LEON CUPRA there.

Of all ways, if somebody it is still interested I will offer my help to you.
It will be a personal and direct service without any commissions for the people of the DSM forum but only for the people that lives in North America (U.S. & Canada).

I believe that by a little more money it would be possible to send in the same box, 3 or 4 lips to a unique address in U.S., for a group of friends who wants the same spoiler. That is the way to reduce the cost of shipping.

By the way, nobody in the forum have a shop for to buy 10 or more units and after re-sell them to the people that just want only one?

Example:

4 lips x 100 e = 400 e + 240 e shipping = 640 euros between 4 person = 160 euros (212,00 $) each one.
