It is a 95 talon awd tsi and it stsrts only when it makes a buzz and click then it will make it turn the starter and it starts.But, now it doesnt buzz and it will not start now.Thanks for the help.

Does the starter even turn over at all? Is your battery dead? I dont know about the 2g's but on my car i heard the MPI relay( down under the radio, correct me if I'm wrong) make a clinking sound before it started. Then it wouldnt start and when i turn the key it made no sounds at all. Replaced that relay and all was well. But if your not turning over at all thats a different story. Run a jumper wire from the positive side of the battery to the signal terminal on the starter theres a clip on it you have to remove.

Atleast that will help eliminate the starter as the issue.

Thats where the noise come from.Yep, It starts, When it makes the sound it turns over and starts up.
