I just bought O-Rings & FIC Injectors

I just purchased some 650CC FIC Injectors, and we had tried to install them but the problem is that they wernt completely sealed.. Which worried me, I didnt want gas to leak. So obviously I took them out and put my RC 550's back in. I thought I would need an O-Ring kit, So I bought them, however they were the same exact ones already on the FIC Injectors. Is there something im doing wrong? I went ahead and emailed the company, and they asked me if I had removed the orings from the inside the head? -- Thanks for help in advanced!

were the old o-rings still in the head when u tried to put the other ones in (maybe u forgot to take the oldones out?)

but i doubt u didnt forget..do the injectors look the same(size?etc) ?




like a buddy o mine always says..theres 2 types of injectors..those that fit..and those that dont...

I just reordered some OEM rings for my car. They are $2 a piece and work fine with my 650's from FIC.

i just had this same problem. Goto any Mitsu/Dodge/Or Chrysler dealar and pick up 4 lower injector grommets part # MD-087-060. Or the same part at Napa is CRB-2-15008

Quick question. You guys are saying you just bought the OEM seals for the bottom. Did you still use the "sheets" that CAME on the bottom of the FIC's and just put the OEM seals below them, or did you pull the FIC "sheets" off and cram the OEM insulator in it's place? The reason I say "cram" is because I tried this and the insulators BARELY slide over the FIC injectors.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm in the middle of putting my car back together now, I don't want a leak at 22psi and either have my engine catch on fire or burn out a piston.
