OUCH... That sound makes me cringe.

Sounds like the valves. Thats what my engine sounded like after the b-belt broke and forced the T-belt to skip some teeth. Do a leak down test. The other thing it could be is a huge exhaust leak, but i doubt it.

valves are bent most likely sorry man same thing happen to mine cost me 250 to get it fixed not to bad.Also when you get it fixed make sure you get a new tensioner when you change the timing belt a lot of people overlook this and wonder why with a new timing belt it slips off and bends there valves.PLEASE send me a link were you brought your bumper its nice bro
 
havent done a leak down test. i pulled the plugs and the valves was not hitting. so thats a good thing. but the plugs had fuel on them. so i guess the plugs are faulty. ill change them tomorrow and see wut happens.

also she wouldnt start to warm up for the compression test. so i need to get those plugs to see further into the problem.
