I got issues idk were to start boost leak after 680cc install

Ive always felt like this turbo wasnt boosting right but now that i've installed 680cc PTE fuel injectors its even more gutless the before the install . Even after tuning the fuel with dsmlink v3 to the recommended settings car start idling low at stop signs takes off slow, Idk this is like chasing a ghost.

I have everything for the big16g in the car except the FMIC and after market exhaust im not even running 200 hp not to mention when I w.o.t the car it throws a Check engine then shuts off after i release the gas, who knows maybe someone can chime in thanks

I would start by checking for boost leaks at the injector seals. I've had that happen before and they can ruin any set up you have. Also, have you switched your link to show knock by activating the CEL? That sounds like what is happening there. also, post up some logs so we can have a more definitive idea of whats happening.

I was thinking the fuel injectors also. The ones i Recieved came with seals that didnt exactly fit right into the injector hole the stock ones ended up being so hard that when I put them on the cracked. So is there an exact set of upper and lower seals I can get for the 680s to fit super snug on the 95 eclipse gsx? if so what kind and do you have a link?

Injectors seals. I have sliced through the side of one before by pinching it while installing without realizing it. Since it is what you changed it is most likely the culprit.

If i were you I would order a complete set of seals from the injector manufacturer. That's the only way to be 100% sure that they are able to seal those correctly. Google the injector company and look to see if they offer a set, they will usually only be like 20-25$.

Also Pauley, what exactly is your point? What part of what he originally posted.. confuses.. you?
