Hey I was just wondering if someone could help me by telling me if I am running leaner than normal, I have an apexi TT with the 02 sensor A/F/voltmeter, and when I am crusing in 5'th gear on the freeway at 2800RPM the A/F stays steady at 14.4 is that lean or normal? I have been trying to read up on how you want the A/F ratio to be and this seems really lean to me after reading up on how you want it ideally to be around 11.1 or so on pump gas. Is this just because the apexi runs of the factory sensors instead of a true wideband sensor or what? Please help and thanks in advance for any help :rocks:

The Apex TT reads off of the stock O2 sensor which really doesn't give you much of an idea of where you are at. 14.5 is a perfect air fuel mixture for a perfect burn (stoich), but you can get the most power out of an engine at about 12.5. :thumb:

Thanks man that's kinda what I thought but I just wanted some input from people in the know :D Seeing as how this is only my second factory turbocharged car :rocks: Thanks again :thumb:

Under cruising, the closer to 14.7:1 the better.

I just read a couple of threads and most of them had a whole lot of misinformation. Where have the knowledgable people gone?
