Hydro locked ?!

So after buying this 3G v6 eclipse I had to drive in a bad rain storm and I hit a puddle and the motor started to bog down but I was able to keep it running I red lined it and ran good then hit another puddle this time shutting the car down I'm not use to a intake down that low I pulled the intake off a large ammount of water came outta the intake then removed the plugs and make my own vacc system and sucked bout 16 oz of water total out of 6 clynders... Motor still won't turn over even attempt to what so ever and I can't seem to turn this motor by hand nor.. how would I go about getting this car going there is no water at all on the combustion chambers at all and still won't turn over any clues ?? What path should I take now 3.0 v6 2001 eclipse no upgrades 5spd

So I take it he has the bottom of the engine accessible if he has to pull the piston to have the rod removed that's going to require pulling the head to drop the piston again correct?

For what its worth. Just pull the engine out. Tear it apart and have a machine shop look at it. They can tell you exactly what is wrong and if its salvageable.
