Hybrid vs Full garret?

can somebody please explain the differences, and the pro's and cons of both?, right now i have a agp rs49 50 trim t3/t3 hybrid and pushing 20 psi right now on all stock internals with no knock, but allot of dsmers are telling me i should get a full garret and i have no clue what the big deal

The only difference between a full Garrett and what you have is the turbine housing. Full Garrett will require you to buy a diff. exh. manifold, while the unit you have now will bolt up to the OEM manifold. Just keep what you have.
